Problem :

Content creators, marketers, and agencies spend hours digging for trending topics and audience pain points across platforms. EngageFlow aimed to eliminate the manual research phase, providing real-time insights and content gaps so creators could focus on production instead of research.

Solution :

As the Project Lead, I:

  • Assembled and managed a smart, cross-functional team capable of handling AI workflows and live data integrations.

  • Designed the platform flow using Langflow + DataStax, connecting multiple live APIs for real-time topic and comment retrieval.

  • Built a system that:

    1. Accepts a topic from the user

    2. Fetches top-performing content across YouTube, Meta, and Quora

    3. Extracts comments and questions from top posts

    4. Identifies trending queries and untapped content opportunities

This process reduced research time from hours to minutes, giving creators data-backed ideas instantly.

Challenge :

The key challenge was orchestrating multiple live APIs to work seamlessly, while ensuring that the platform returned accurate, relevant insights without crashes. Coordinating data flow, team tasks, and validation was crucial to make the MVP functional and reliable.
