Idea-To-Execution
STITCH AI – Bridging Industry & Student Skill Gaps
Helped an upcoming EdTech platform move from idea to a clear MVP plan by prototyping their first version, uncovering new features, and creating a GTM strategy to attract funding and early users.
Year :
2024
Industry :
EdTech
Client :
STITCH AI
Project Duration :
10 weeks

Problem :
The founders of STITCH AI had a big vision: to bridge the gap between industry requirements and student expertise.
However, they faced three key challenges:
They lacked a clear platform prototype to demonstrate their idea to investors or developers.
They needed a feature roadmap to ensure the platform would meet both student and industry needs.
They had no go-to-market (GTM) plan, making it hard to attract early users or funding.

Solution :
As a Project Unicorn, I took ownership of the early execution phase:
Prototyped their Version 1 platform to visualize user journeys and core functions.
Discovered new features during the prototyping process that improved user engagement and industry alignment.
Created a solid GTM strategy, outlining the first steps to acquire users, engage universities, and appeal to investors.
This structured approach gave the founders a clear blueprint to move from idea to MVP without confusion or wasted time.

Challenge :
The biggest challenge was transforming a broad, high-level concept into a structured, investor-ready plan. We had to ensure that the platform design was both feasible for developers and attractive for funding pitches, balancing vision and practicality.
Summary :
STITCH AI is now on track to build their MVP, bring a marketing team on board, and pursue funding, backed by a strategic product roadmap and a validated prototype.
By combining hands-on execution, AI-powered tools, and strategic planning, I helped STITCH AI take the crucial leap from concept to actionable growth path.
